The Hot Trod

The Kielder Trail Reavers & The Bike Place fundraising marathon series continues with the Hot Trod, on July 11th.

This will be two, or three laps of a circuit to the North and East of Kielder village. It promises to be a mix of technical singletrack and fireroad - although some of that fireroad will be challengeing as well!

As usual we will be needing a good number of volunteers to help out on the day, including: course checkers (to ride round before and after the event), marshals, timers, general helpers - no previous experience needed for any of these jobs.

All of the funds raised from these events are divided between the Great North Air Ambulance, and The Kielder Trail Reavers (bulding ad maintaining the trails) - both worthy causes that a lot us benefit from - this is your chance to contribute something!
