January ERFD - 25th Jan - Who's coming and where do you fancy riding?

Any thoughts on location?

Swaledale?
North York Moors?
a Trail Centre?
Anywhere else?

Give me some ideas.

Lets go with the North York Moors, probably starting out around Guisborough, but full details tbc. The MTBE guys are kindly putting together a fun route for us, and will probably be joining us for the ride.

As a backup should conditions be too bad to make the NYM's an option, we will head up to Innerleithen for something a bit more "all-weather"

I've locked this thread for comments now, so any discussion comments can be continued in the event post - can anyone attending register on the event here, so I can keep track of numbers etc.

Whinlatter is crap, badly designed, I wouldn't travel to ride it.
I would say that a trail centre is the best idea this time of year. One of the 7stanes? Inners or glenny?

Crisp january morning on the moors sounds good. Agree with nodrog2 though, back up trail centre may be needed. Dalby's good in bad weather.

North York Moors sounds good. Or maybe a trail centre as a back up plan should the weather be really bad
