Some friendly advice for the newcomers!

When taking part in any extreme sport, it's advisable to inspect your equipment and ensure that it's in tip top condition to minimise the risk of breakage and injury whilst on the trails. My Orange Patriot STOLEN

On the way home from today's epic, I popped in to see a couple of mates. When I came out 20 or so mins later, my bike was gone, along with the bungees. I will put a full spec list up later.
