The World Cup returns to Fort William for the 8th year in 2009, with a focus on the "gravity" events (DHI and 4X) and some new innovations to keep it at the forefront of the international mountain bike scene. Continue
Had a ride in the North York Moors today, and came across the DH track at Carlton Bank so took the chance for a few runs down it. Really nice bit of trail, and lots of other nice riding in the area.
BTW, that's not me riding, just a youtube vid!

3 rides over the easter Weekend..
On Thursday I went to Dalby forests with a couple of riding friends. It was nice to get around a somewhat quiet dalby as usually its fairly busy with riders. We made the most of the dry, fast conditions getting around the red route in under 3hours. Which i was fairly pleased with since my bike isnt the lightest XC bike! We stopped off at Dixons hallow for a play on the jump track and the Northshore style decking, although I really need to practice jumping/table… Continue

Quick heads up for anyone interested in Downhill / Uplifts. Uplift days are now being run every weekend on Saturday and Sunday (and Bank Holidays) at Scratchmere Scar near Penrith (about 1.5 - 2hrs from most of us).
