hi i ride all over. and no one likes hills mostly like fast flat to downward faceing singletrack .dont worriey bout helmet just ride easy. i would invest in helmet soonas but.last time i was out with mate he dosent have a helmet.he hit a lampost had to react fast to dodge post and smash his shoulder. we were just rideing road he got up on path over a curb about 1 inch high his front wheel just slid.. so you dont have to be doing 15 mile a hour down trail to come off.any way ill be out next week .you may reconise us as we all used to skateboard round consett
