Hi Lee, how goes it? Yeah training where I can in between work, although most of it's done in the gym - which is comfort compared to what it will be like in Jordan. Going up to Kielder soon for a ride, have you been up there before?

Fingers crossed you find work soon :o). You're right about day time TV - it's pants! The weather is certainly warming up for the nice long rides now hey! I've hardly been out on mine at all, which is bad cos I'm cycling 300km in the Jordan desert in October so have got some training to get in before then! eek!

i used to work at darlington halfords as the bike mechanic and specialist. i was fionn griffiths mechanic in 07. i change my bikes as regular as underpants.
