What intensity do you ride at?: Good Pace with breaks, All Paces - Depends on the group

Tell us a bit about yourself: i used to work at darlington halfords as the bike mechanic and specialist. i was fionn griffiths mechanic in 07. i change my bikes as regular as underpants.

I've hardly been out on mine at all, which is bad cos I'm cycling 300km in the Jordan desert in October so have got some training to get in before then! eek!
