Hi Ben. The spesh is a Medium and I'm about 6'3". Technically is should be too short, but it feels fine to me. I need a 500lb spring though, mines a bit soft. I'm running uprated forks, wheels, brakes and a titec scoper seatpost in case I come across any long flat section or climbs between trails.
