Xc tyres

I'm looking at getting a set of xc tyres and just wanting to know if anyone has any suggestions they probably won't get used untill the trail blazers 1-2-1 race at hamsterley unless im fit enough to get in an xc race before that. I'm thinking my high rollers will be ok for the downhill part of the race but would like to get the best time I can in for both and know the tyres can be changed so want to change them if need be any suggestions would be greatfulCheers peopleSee More
