ouch... my fall on 13 was exactly the same.. over the bars.. oh dear, duck and roll, get up dust of clothes etc... pick up bullet cam. 12min 45sec.. hang on only been on sectioin for 1min... oh dear... time to go home. oh front wheel goosed to..
didn't feel or notice a thing... very strange

Trailbuilding, I fell off on Brain Freeze - it was a nothing fall, I just landed too far left off the drop and the bike went over on it's right. I was still holding the bars and I must've got my finger trapped between the grip and the ground. It was the last jump of the night and we'd been flying about all over too!

Thanks Jamie - can't wait to get back out too! (XC for a bit though....)

what exactly did you do like... its a strange injury... i mean knocking myself out on section13 was one thing but nearly removing a digit... who's gonna come a croper on special k?

Thanks! I thought it was quite a tidy job!! I'm deffo glad it was only the bogey-picker though....

I like the thread holding my nail on too - just wish I'd a couple of beads to add a little bling!

that's still oooooocccccccchhhhhhhh fffffffffffffff etc....

i'm affriad to say (but gonna anyway) that it sorta looks like you fixed it yourself... i guess due to the size of the wound its all that was there to workwith... bet you is glad it wasn't your first finger etc or thumb...
