I might be a bit behind the times on this but did the 'new' section of red run (not the one next to Descend) on Saturday and thought it was brilliant! Those bombholes.....and the cheeky little singletrack through the trees at the end.....
If the rest of it's going to be as good as those bits then I can see me swapping my Dalby Discovery Pass for a Hamsterley one!

Hi Bruce, the trailblazers organise a monthly club ride which is a good bet for getting to know the trails - details here, other than that, just keep an eye on the events section

Does anyone have a decent map of the tracks in Hamsterely? I know where a fair few of them are but im sure that theres plenty more that i've yet to find but i only get a couple of hours on a sat to ride there so its hard to search for them.
