does anyone know if theres any riding in the stang woods? i've seen the one route on muddybums and it just skirts round said woods, is there out i'm missing in there?

me and paul have just been up there for a nights bivvy and it looks like theres the potential for a lot of good riding

i was talking to a guy on Pinkbike who was building a mtb route up there... think he had talked to the forest rangers etc and they didn't seem to mind...
a mate has done a moto enduro up there a while back so the forest must be usable...

yea there was a couple of routes up there but they hadn't been riden in a while. me and paul are going up again when we get a chance to do a bit of gardening, with a saw, should be fun. if you can find the link that could help though.
