me and Aaron have just done the press call for this (it will be on bbc and itv local news tonight)
basically its a new section at kielder with an orange grade north shore section and an orange grade jump section with a trials area thrown in for good measure.
theres a bbq to celebrate the opening and a few riders will be gathering to give it a good old testing .
Could be a good day out if you throw in a few runs on the existing trails and end with a play on the ne section.

Spotted the NEFA tops. The new stuff officially opens at 2pm according to the FC (see attached file) but I can't see them stopping you from riding it until then. I'm away at a wedding in St Albans otherwise I'd be there. I also wanna see what the new bloody bush red (up to the fork in the boardwalk on the lonesome pine trail but turn left) is like as I rode it back in may before it was properly finished in a howling cross wind and it had potential to be good. Only problem is you've then got a bloody long trek back...
