does anyone know how to remove bottem brackets as i dont have a clue?

Permalink Reply by warwick hunt on June 19, 2009 at 8:13pm: you need specialist tools Arron, one to take your cranks off (unless they are self extracting) and one to get the BB out, not a job i'd recommend you do yourself if your not confident as you could end up killing the threads and then it's a very costly repair.; ▶ Reply to This
