MTB North East

Everything about Mountain Biking in the North East of England

hi, i was wondering if anyone knew if there were any good cross country tracks close to darlington or within range of a train station in the northeast as i am unable to drive so the tracks need to be within a few miles of a train station.

theres loads of good routes on the outskirts of darlotheres one i do from my house to cockerton then out on the old train tracks and skirt the town to broken scar then follow the river to blackwell and then link bits and bobs to link back onto the black path. or at broken scar you can follow the river to barnard castle then the back roads and bridleways back to town both kill a morning both are fun best thing is you make it up as you go.
