Bash Ring Sizing

Daft question, but can someone tell me how you go about deciding what size bashring to fit? Is the number of teeth determined by the size of your middle ring?

Yes. Ideally you want your bash ring just bigger than your middle ring. If it is too much bigger, then it could get in the way of your mech and affect shifting.

How's the shoulder?

Shoulder feels fine, have full movement and it feels pretty strong. Haven't ventured out on a bike yet even though I am dying to!
