A few friends and I are going to attempt the c2c over one day next spring early summer, does anyone fancy joining up etc

which c2c are you thinking of? and more to the point how far is it? is it the one youv'e already done so theres no stopping and checking the map? i was thinking of doing it but the easy one thats mostly on road about 150 miles should be nice.

Whitehaven to South Shields through Keswick, Penrith, Alston, Stanhope, Consett, Rowlands Gill, Gateshead Quayside its about 146 miles 60 % road. A couple of feeding stops throughout the day but the sole aim is to complete in one day and its not a race.

yes i'd be up for this, after just completing the kielder 100 i'm looking for more challenges.
