Event Description

The first ERFD of 2009 is set for Sunday 25th Jan.

The ride will be in the North York Moors, probably starting out around Guisborough, but full details tbc. The MTBE guys are kindly putting together a fun route for us, and will probably be joining us for the ride.

As a backup should conditions be too bad to make the NYM's an option, we will head up to Innerleithen for something a bit more "all-weather"

Meeting place is Pinchinthorpe Visitors Centre - map here.

Route is here, bring some cash for the cafe stop halfway round for refuelling.

Meet at 10 for a 10.30 start.

Mind you I'm completely guessing that the route I've plotted is right!

Comment by Dave F on January 27, 2009 at 10:53am: Did a quick measure up on Google Earth - think it was about 26 or 27 miles - no wonder I feel battered! Good crack - but maybe a bit far eh ???
